A Case of Acrocephalosyndactyly



Abstract
Apert decribed acrocephalosyndctyly as a clinical entity in 1906. The classic decription of this syndrome includes patients with a combination of acrocephaly and syndactyly of either fingers toes or both.
Since Apert¢¥s original description there have been more than 200 cases reported in the world and two cases in Korea.
The anther has experienced a case of typical Apert¢¥s syndrome and treated the case by web plasty on the-first and second webs of the right hand, derotation osteotomy on the first metacarpal and linear craniectomy of the skull. This one case was reported on this paper. with brief review of the relevant literatures.
